Rise Bakery provides a one-of-a-kind gluten-free experience with an expansive menu of baked goods. We set ourselves apart from other gluten-free bakeries by catering to specialty diets without sacrificing taste, texture, or richness. We craft all of our pastries by hand in small batches using premium ingredients. Started by Mike Koritko in 2014 years after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Rise Bakery offers a welcoming environment in which everyone can dine worry free.
Our little bakery has become well known nationwide for our croissants, bagels and bread. We bake everything fresh every day. You can come in and choose from a variety of warm breads including brioche, biscuits, bagels and croissants. No more pulling stuff from the freezer. We regularly rotate in a variety of multi-grain, sourdough, challah and sweet breads.
Our daily pastry offerings will satisfy your sweet tooth from french eclairs to cinnamon rolls. We do cupcakes and custom cakes for special occasions as well.
To add a savory touch, we make gourmet bacon egg & cheese bagel sandwiches and offer a lunch sandwich menu featuring premium meats, veggies and housemade aiolis and pestos on freshly baked brioche.

There is a Colonial Parking garage located directly behind the bakery which makes it very convenient to drive here. It costs $3 for the first half hour you stay there. If you'll be staying longer, we validate parking passes at a rate of $4 for two hours. Our parking validation cards are only valid until 5pm on weekends.
